As discussed during our meeting, we have prepared a new template for the WP description. It is more detailed, but it will help us to complete Sections 1 and 2 of the proposal template.

@WP leaders: Please define the different tasks of your WP and suggest potential leaders.

We will review and finalise the WP structure during our next meeting (10/09).
