with you around midday Monday, tentatively.

Upon receipt, you will have 24 hours to review the proposal. The sole
objective of this review is to check for any major errors or
inconsistencies (we will not have time to polish content at this stage).
Your quick feedback is essential before we move to prepare the final
version.

Therefore, please reserve time to complete the review within the 24-hour
window from midday Monday to midday Tuesday, tentatively, as this step
is crucial given the very tight deadline for submitting the proposal.
