We kindly ask you to review the document and provide feedback (with track-change mode) by tomorrow, 5 PM CEST. The objective of this review is solely to identify any major errors or inconsistencies. As you will see, we had to revise and reduce the milestones and deliverables, among other elements.

Your prompt feedback is essential to ensure we can proceed with finalising the proposal.
