Dear Emilie, UCAD Rurale is an integral part of UCAD and has functioned as a living laboratory since its establishment. The site, made available by the Municipality of Niakhene, serves both as a test bed and for community service purposes. Consequently, UCAD Rurale does not require a PIC. Best regards, Bamba.
