Following today’s call, we are reaching out regarding the budget.

The budget estimate per partner, presented during the meeting, is now available in the shared folder («GenAI_Proposal_Budget_v0.1 » / « Budget allocation »). https://cloud.onelab.eu/index.php/s/iCrng3YYyOjlDme 

Based on this estimate, please complete the attached budget template and return it to us by Monday, 22/09 (EoB). We will then review it together in order to adjust and finalise the figures.
The total budget must be finalised by Friday, 26/09 at the latest, to allow sufficient time for copy it to the portal.

As discussed, the minimum allocation for travel costs is 15k€ to cover plenary meetings. If necessary, you may add up to 5k€ for technical meetings or dissemination events. If not, this amount can be reallocated to another cost category.
