Dear all, We are currently finalising a full V1 proposal which we plan to share with you around midday Monday, tentatively. Upon receipt, you will have 24 hours to review the proposal. The sole objective of this review is to check for any major errors or inconsistencies (we will not have time to polish content at this stage). Your quick feedback is essential before we move to prepare the final version. Therefore, please reserve time to complete the review within the 24-hour window from midday Monday to midday Tuesday, tentatively, as this step is crucial given the very tight deadline for submitting the proposal. Dear partners, Following today’s call, we are reaching out regarding the budget. The budget estimate per partner, presented during the meeting, is now available in the shared folder («GenAI_Proposal_Budget_v0.1 » / « Budget allocation »). https://cloud.onelab.eu/index.php/s/iCrng3YYyOjlDme Based on this estimate, please complete the attached budget template and return it to us by Monday, 22/09 (EoB). We will then review it together in order to adjust and finalise the figures. The total budget must be finalised by Friday, 26/09 at the latest, to allow sufficient time for copy it to the portal. As discussed, the minimum allocation for travel costs is 15k€ to cover plenary meetings. If necessary, you may add up to 5k€ for technical meetings or dissemination events.
